und the Region with Julie COLLEGE MAY LIMIT ENROLMENT Durham College president, Mel Garland, has commented that the college may have to limit enrolment of first year students for the 1983-84 term. This is due to the fact that the College is now overcrowded overcrowded having an eighteen percent increase in enrolment for the 1982-83 college year. Facilities to accommodate the 2,261 students are presently "over loaded", said Garlnad. To try to solve the problem of overcrowded cafeterias and the libraries the college has rented an abandoned south-end warehouse but Garland said, renting is not a , solution. General Motors of Canada is now offering 12.9 percent financing on new 1982 and 83 models, for three months. The new program applies to Pontiac, Cadillac, Buick, Chevrolet, and Oldsmobile car models also Chevy light trucks and vans.
