Board and town study education costs The Town of Newcastle jointly with the Northumberland Northumberland and Newcastle Board of Education would make' representation representation to the Ministry of Education if the result of a study shows there has been significant inequities in educational educational taxes in the Town gince the advent of Regional Government.
