Peter Roach, director of education for the Peterbor^ ough, Victoria, Northumer- land and Newcastle Separate school board, said AECB Officials made the formal offer last week. The offer came after board members granted AECB engineers engineers permission to enter the school for the purpose of assessing what remedial measures measures would be required to open the building, said the director.'
