Wrap each roll in plastic food wrap; refrigerate until firm (at least 1 hour). Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove 1 roll of dough from refrigerator; cut into %-inch slices. Place 1 inch apart on cookie sheets. Repeat with remaining rolls. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Let stand 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely. Dip to or roll sides of drums in melted candy coating. II coating is too thin, let cool to thicken. (Coating may need to be reheated periodically if it becomes too thick.) Dip or roll coated drums in desired decorating sugars and candies. Cut licorice laces into IM-inch pieces. Dip one end ol each piece in slightly cooled and thickened melted candy coating.
