Deborah Nowlan, Toronto School of Business Special Projects Manager conducted the ceremony. MP Mike Breaugh was the keynote speaker. He reported on the positive progress of the Federal Government's training initiatives initiatives and stressed the importance of re-training to meet the current job market demands. Jane Doidge and Suzanne Zwara presented CEC Project-Based Project-Based Training Certificates on behalf of Employment and Immigration Immigration Canada.
