At the United Church a new venture took place with the holding of an Easter Sunrise Service Service at 6:30 a.m. Sunday morning. This special service took place in Malmont Farms Pasture field on a very foggy morning that broke into a beautiful sunny sky during the service. A fine crowd attended attended this event and many continued on to the church for Breakfast served by the Youth Group. Later a capacity congregation attended the regular service that was filled filled with beautiful music and inspiring inspiring messages. A large congregation congregation attended the St. John's Anglican Easter morning service also on Easter morning. Congratulations to Roy and Edith McLaughlin who celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary on Saturday.
