At the United Church a new venture took place with the holding of an Easter Sunrise Service Service at 6:30 a.m. Sunday morning. This special service took place in Malmont Farms Pasture field on a very foggy morning that broke into a beautiful sunny sky during the service. A fine crowd attended attended this event and many continued on to the church for Breakfast served by the Youth Group. Later a capacity congregation attended the regular service that was filled filled with beautiful music and inspiring inspiring messages. A large congregation congregation attended the St. John's Anglican Easter morning service also on Easter morning. Congratulations to Roy and Edith McLaughlin who celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary on Saturday. Following family photos the family gathered to celebrate the event at the home of their daughter Donna and David Kyte.
