OBITUARY Audrey Grace Madeline Clarke Following a short illness, Audrey Grace Madeline Clarke, aged 79, died in Memorial Memorial Hospital, Bowmanville, Bowmanville, on Friday, July 31, 1987. Daughter of Albert and Emma Short she was born in Whitby Township and educated at Maxwell School, North Oshawa. She was married to Edward (Ted) Clarke on August 29, 1936 and had been a resident resident of Bowmanville since then. A devoted wife and homemaker homemaker she was a member of St. Paul's United Church, Bowmanville and of the Senior Citizen's Club. Surviving are her daughter daughter (Mrs. Bob Stephens) and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, four brothers and three sisters. The Reverend E. Schamer- horn officiated at the services services held Tuesday at the Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, Bowmanville. Pallbearers were Messrs. Greg Stephens, Doug Harness, Harness, LeRoy Short, Lome Bryans, Todd and Tracy Stephens. Interment Bowmanville Cemetery.
