Place one layer of noodles in pan. Spread a small amount of mushroom soup on each noodle. Sprinkle a few mushrooms mushrooms and the cheese. Repeat all steps until pan is full and ending with cheese. Bake in 325 degree oven for 40 min. Tomato Onion Sauce: In a saucepan cook: y 4 cup si green onion with tops in one tbsp. butter or margarine margarine until tender but not brown. Blend 1 can condensed tomato soup, 2 tbsps. water, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, dash of pepper. Heat through. Pass extra sauce. Toss beef in mixture mixture of soy sauce, cornstarch and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in heavy fry pan or wok, and cook vegetables until tender- crisp (stir fry, then cover to steam a minute or two). Remove vegetables and set aside. Wipe out fry pan and add 2 more tbsp. oil. Brown garlic over high heat, then remove. Brown the beef strips quickly in the garlic-flavored oil. Blend both soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch. Pour into fry pan and cook stirring until thickened. Add cooked vegetables and tomatoes; heat thoroughly adding salt to taste if necessary. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings. Slowly stir in potatoes. Cook covered over low heat for 25 min. Stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Pour into 5 cup ring mold which has been rinsed with cold water. Let stand 25 min. - unmold ring onto large oven proof platter. Coihbine egg and oil, brush on ring. Combine Combine crumbs and cheese, sprinkle over ring.
