After welcoming the 12 members present she opened with the Ode and Mary Stewart Collect and a poem. The Roll call was answered by naming a Canadian Industry outside of Ontario. Ontario. The minutes were approved as read by Sec-Treas. Mrs. Robt. France. Correspondence Correspondence and financial statement statement were given. Mrs. L. Malcolm presented the report of the District Annual of Durham West Women's Institutes held at Solina, May 19. The twin Province this year will be New Brunswick. Blackstock W.I. will "host" the District meeting next year. Members are invited to a Strawberry dessert luncheon at Hampton Church hall June 28, 1:30-4:30. Plans were made to put in a display at the Blackstock Fair. 10 items are needed. July 6 th meeting will be in the form of a picnic lunch held in Lindsay Park - later attending a play at Little Theatre at the Academy. Mrs. F. Dayes, convenor convenor of Agr. and Can. Industries was in charge of the program. The Motto - "Nature never spoils her work by being in a hurry". Mrs. J. Wygerde spoke on the motto. Readings were given by Mesdames Lome McKee, L. Malcolm Malcolm and Don frew. A reading and a contest contest by Mrs. F Dayes were of interest. "An Interesting Prayer" which won first prize was sung to the tune of Bless This House. Meeting Meeting closed with 0 Canada and grace. Lunch was served by Mrs. F. Dayes group and Mrs. G. Fish extended the appreciations appreciations to all participating participating in the meeting. With a splendid attendance the Caesarea Euchre results are as follows: First prize - Doug Thomas-89; second - Scott Hammett-87; Low Mary Thomas-53. Next Wednesday evening as per usual.
