The President, Clare Werry, opened the meeting by leading the members in the reading of the Mary Stewart Collect. The minutes of the September and October meetings were read by Pat Fetchison. Judy reported reported that story hour has been having a large attendance of 22 children to every meeting. We voted to give $10.00 towards expenses for story hour. Pat gave an interesting report on the recent Provincial Provincial Jr. W. I. Convention held at Owen Sound. She said one speaker talked on "What's happening to the Family in Canada" and revealed the startling fact that 1 in 3 marriages end in divorce. Helen Parks and Mary Miilson also attended this Convention. Our December meeting has been changed to December 21st. Each member is to bring a Christmas dessert and a $3.00 gift, to exchange. An invitation is being extended to the Senior W. I. Clare wants members to think of fund raising ideas to raise money for the Solina Park Board. Each person showed a Christmas Christmas craft they had made and this gave us all new ideas for making decorations for our home. A delicious lunch of assorted pies prepared by the executive were thoroughly enjoyed by all present. ■YU Tin* 299 DEAN AVE.
