Now our problem - seems to be, that the pounds ; we lest in the spring, to fit into - our new summer swim suits, C is back on again because of - barbeques, and picnics at the beach. You have to -overcome the mental aspect of 2-this problem before you can -beat,and overcome the physi- 2-cal aspect. When family and -friends are on your side, with >;help and encouragement, it is ;.a lot easier to come to grips -with the situation. When you 1-are lacking this special -encouragement, Tops friends ; are there to help you discuss -your problems and give you -comradeship. .- On October 31st, the Tops -Clubs are holding an Area -•Rally, "ARD". This special -day is for recognition, and ^acknowledgement to all those -.who have worked for Tops, •and to all those members .1 whom have had Tops work -successfully for them. The -"Rally is being held at the :Bowmanville High School, and -workshops for this special : event are being held at the -Holiday Inn, Oshawa on ,Saturday, October 30th, 1962. -This is a day of inspiration, in -Ihe life of a Tops member. -"Take Off Sounds Sensibly", -has inspired many men, • women and children and to, ; "Keep Off Pounds Sensibly" is . their goal. - Chapter No. ON870 Bow- ipianville hold their weekly 2 meetings at the Bowmanville • fions Centre, on Thursday ^evenings. Weigh-ins are 6:30 •Jo 7:15 p.m. and the meeting 2 starts at 7:30 p.m. Come ana 'bring a friend.
