Starting tonight (Friday) and continuing tomorrow (Saturday), the event features a musical lineup from Canadian rock icons to award-winning blues artists, and a comedic blend of entertainment with popular music. It is presented by the Kerr Village Business Improvement Area (BIA), along with the Town of Oakville and Budds', and has taken place in Kerr Village every September since 2014. The festival also includes a Kids Zone, the annual Beaver Has Landed skateboard competition, Vintage Car Show and Trackless Train Shuttle. The merchants of Kerr Village offer a sidewalk sale and food samples as well. Det. Ben Adams of the Hamilton Police Service Homicide Unit has identi ed "Frank" as Douvainn Dean, 20, of Toronto. Dean is wanted on a number of charges, including attempted murder, in connection with a July 3 incident in which a woman walking in a Hamilton parking lot was struck from behind by a vehicle.
