Johnson: Margaret

Peacefully with her family at her side at Iroquois lodge, Ohsweken on Friday February 3, 1995. Margaret (Green) Johnson in her 97th year. Wife of the late Samuel Miller, and the late Harry Johnson. Loving mother of Huron and Vera Miller, Ariel Harris and the late Harvey Cooper, and Ruby and Fred Williams. Cherished grandmother of Diane Johnson and Douglas Bomberry, Yogi and Dawn Williams, Deborah Williams, Guy and Jennie Williams, Timothy Williams, Darren Williams, Karren and Lee Maracle, Glenn and Sandi Miller, and Samuel J. Miller, and 15 great grandchildren. Predeceased by brothers Freeman, Joseph, and Samuel Green, sisters Carrie Williams, Emma Bomberry, and Annie Key. Margaret is also survived by many nieces, nephews, adopted son Mark Powless, Traditional family Marjorie Jacobs, Traditional friends Benny Henry, and Irwina Henhawk. Rested at her home (Huron's) on 6th Line. Funeral service and burial were held Monday Feb. 6 at Seneca Longhouse at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements by Styres Funeral Home, Ohsweken.
