Around 12:30 a.m., the Oakville Criminal Investigations Bureau, assisted by the Tactical Rescue Unit (TRU) and a K9 unit, concluded a lengthy investigation into alleged drug traf cking in Oakville by carrying out a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence on Ripley Court. Investigators seized a quantity of drugs that included cocaine, Oxycodone and marijuana. The street value of the drugs is estimated at $2,400. Of cers also located a loaded shotgun and a replica handgun inside the residence and made two arrests.
