With our infrastructure projects well in hand at all three of our hospitals, we are now in the process of developing a comprehensive five-year strategic plan that will take us into the future. This strategic plan, Pathway 2020, will guide us on our journey of leveraging our facilities, tedtnology and equipment and enhance our focus on exemplary patient and family experiences. This spring, following a comprehensive consultation process, Halton Healthcare introduced its new mission, vision and values statements and identified its key strategic priorities. These elements provide the foundation upon which we can further develop our strategic plan. "We are so thankful to everyone who participated in shaping the future of our hospitals," said Denise Hardenne, President and CEO, Halton Healthcare. “Our transformation as a healthcare organization continues, driven by a powerful commitment to exemplary care, the strengths of the almost 4,900 people who work and volunteer with us and the solid support of our three foundations. I am proud of what we have accomplished together.“ Pam 2020, which will be launched in early 2016, will identify our key objectives, initiatives and include a comprehensive action plan.
