Almost a month after a statement of claim was ï¬led by Mississauga-based real estate company TSI International Ltd. over a chunk of land adjacent to Campbellville, town staff has responded by calling the lawsuit â€exces- sive' and one that “should be dismissed". The statement of claim alleges that the de- fendants â€"- the Town, Krantz, CAO emu Survival, loss and hope were all part of an- other emotional Milton Relay for Life at the fairgrounds Saturday. The 11th annual Canadian Cancer Society fundraiser saw its hours changed to 1 pm. to 1 am. this year after a decade of the overnight (7 pm. to 7 am.) schedule. Kicked off with the inspiration Survivor's Lap and including a host of activities and the lighting of the luminaries around the track, Milton's Relay drew roughly 400 par- ticipants on 40 teams and raised about $125,000.
