TSI International Canada is suing the Town, Krantz. CAO Bill Mann and Plan- ning and Development Director Barb Milton's community newspaper since 1860 Koopmans for allegedly holding a spe- cial council vote that revoked a decision to permit TSI from going ahead with a proposed residential development.
