PORTLAND AND COMMUNITY HALL BOARD The Board was called to order on May 10, 1989 with Andrew, Bastedo, Derraugh, Dunfield, James, Long, Perrin and Stinson in attendance. The Chair announced that P. Portable Toilets: Further discussion of the availability of portable toilets prior to the new permanent toilets being available led to the following resolution: James/Bastedo: That one portable toilet be placed at the Community Hall before the May holiday weekend as close as possible to the new public toilets and left in place until the new public toilets are available. Carried. Correspondence was read. Treasurer's Report: The report enclosed with the minutes of the April meeting was reviewed.
