The general annual meeting of the members of tho Fenelon Falls Mechan- ics’ Institute was held on the 9th inst. 'l‘he trensurer's and librarinn’s reports were adopted, and the following oflicers appointed for the ensuing year: Thos. Robson, president ; Jas. Dickson, vice- presidenr ; W. L.
