Art teachers exhibit at Town Hall Area high school visual arts teachers have put to use the skills they try to teach their students. About two dozen Halton District School Board teachers will showcase their artwork at the annual Front of the Class art exhibit. It is a five-week art show at the Oakville Town Hall, 1225 Trafalgar Rd., running from April 25-May 27. More than 50 art pieces will be in the show, displaying a variety of mediums, subject matter and styles. The show is free for visitors to attend during Town Hall's open hours. A private opening reception hosted by ArtWorks Oakville will take place Thursday, May 5 at 6:30 p.m. where people can meet with the teacher artists. Some of the works will be available for purchase.
