Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), say a 48-year-old trucker who was traveling with a dog has been charged following a tractortrailer rollover on the QEW off ramp to Ford Drive Wednesday morning. Police said the rollover took place at around 5:20 a.m. -- just in time to throw a wrench into the morning commute. The vehicle's cargo of lemonade is being unloaded before the truck is removed. Police are hoping to have the ramp open by noon. The driver faces a charge of careless driving. Neither driver nor dog was injured.
