Energy Action has taken the bull by the horns this week and advertised for a com- munity resource person to help in the develop- ment of a community energy conservation program. Just last week the budget of Energy Action was cut by Finance Committee and council. but Catherine Hunt. the leader of the project said she needs some help so she is going ahead anyway. Miss Hum said she needs a person willing to give not fewer than 20 hours each week. The person must be knowledgeable about the community. have good contacts to quickly ‘mobilize forces' and a person who will be willing to carry on after the ten month project is finished in June of 1980.
