Markham had 'previously beaten them by the same score. The Kobblers came up with a solid team effort and were only foiled by the outstanding play of the Markham defence and particularly its goalie. They also ganged up on Virginia Douse to make sure she didn‘t get her average three goals per game. The winning goal was scored by Natalie Ross. , The win left Richmond Hill and Markham tied for first place. A playoff to settle the matter once and for all will be necessary. The game should be well worth watching. Each team is ex- ceptionally well-coached and has an abundance of talent and the desire to win.
