I use left-over turkey meat in many different ways that are well appreciated by friends and family. Some dishes are Turkey Phyllo Triangles as an appetizer, Turkey Ravioli, Turkey Rice Salad, and Turkey Asian Stir-Fries. The Ontario Turkey Producers' Marketing Board publishes a recipe booklet entitled Turkey Temptations -- Delicious recipes fo r leftover turkey. And she says she's enjoying her current directing job with Deathtrap , despite the short timeframe she was given, due to unforeseen cir cumstances. However, she adds, as a professional director, she's used to working under the gun. "I knew it could be done," she says. "I have a wonderful stage manager and I also have a won derful producer about whom I cannot say enough...The producer is the person who pulls the entire show together...the person who co ordinates the effort."
