Blakelock High School are showcasing their skills in their final art show at the end of the month. The Main Art-traction... Straight outta E107 is the culmination of all the works of the students during the school's latest semester. The show features clay sculptures, printmaking and photography, as well as oil and acrylic paintings, and sketchbook works with drawings and mixed media. The students were busy putting together their pieces Tuesday during class for their upcoming show. Andrew Adams, 17, is focused on putting together his piece. The exhibit will be open to the public Wednesday, Jan. 27 at the 1160 Rebecca St. school from 6:30-8:30 p.m., and will remain open to the school population Thursday, Jan. 28 and Friday, Jan. 29 in the studio theatre.
