Through the ATMP, Halton Region will work in partnership with Local Municipal partners to help build a safe, affordable, sustainable and efficient transportation network that encourages walking and cycling. The proposed plan would implement over 800 kilometres of new on-road and off-road active transportation infrastructure including bike lanes, sidewalks and multi-use trails.
