Public meeting set to discuss proposed new Halton highway

The first round of public meetings on a possible new highway through Halton will be held in the Gallery at the Halton Hills Cultural Centre, 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24. The Ministry of Transportation has begun an Environmental Assessment Study for GTA West corridor on transportation problems and opportunities to consider alternative solutions. The April meeting will discuss the study and the terms of reference for the Environmental Assessment.
