Condolences through www.koprivataylor.com l Obituaries TILLEY, Heather Peacefully on September 19, 2015, in her 81st year. Beloved wife of John for 55 years. Loving mother of Scott (Pam), Susan, Kirk (Jane Travers). Proud grandmother of Ryan (Lauren), Megan, Erin, Rae and Sarah. Remembered with love by brothers Tim, and David McKenzie. Sadly missed by brother-in-law Dawson Tilley, and sisters-in-law Susan McKenzie, Beverly McKenzie and Joanne McKenzie. Predeceased by her brother Ross McKenzie and sister-in-law Marie Tilley. Heather enjoyed many years at "The Tilley's" cottage on the Moon River, where she and John built a second home for their entire family. Years of swimming, dancing, cards, horse shoes and laughter were enjoyed in a place where all were welcomed, always and in all ways. She wintered in Florida for years where she made many friends. An artist at heart, she painted, sculpted and crafted many items that remind us of her today. A fierce supporter of her family, she attended many football, hockey, volleyball, basketball, soccer and rugby games over her years - and we all knew she was there! She travelled the world for both fun and on business junkets with John. She lived across this great country, as well, moving often when the next "adventure" took her and her brood somewhere new. Heather was a great animal lover adopting many cats and dogs into the family over the years. She touched all the people that entered her life - truly wanting the best for each one. She loved to talk to people, making friends easily and readily, and helping so many people in need along the way. A great lady that will be missed by all that knew her.
