The visiting head of the youngest Diocese in the Anglican Communion is pictured speaking with children prior to their Sunday School class, as guest Rev. Bill Mous of the Anglican Diocese of Niagara looks on. The visiting clergyman administers 90 small churches in a remote part of Ghana. While facing many challenges, the churches focus on developing educational opportunities for the young, health education and improving the supply of clean drinking water for impoverished communities. The Bishop knew the former Rector of St Cuthbert's, Father John Rye, who, upon leaving St. Cuthbert's in 1968, travelled to Ghana as a missionary where he lived for 18 years.
