Council approved clearing its Conditions on the Offer of Purchase 81 Sale Agreement to acquire lands from the James Coultice Estate for a park and open space. The acquisition of this site for park and related purposes achieves a significant number of the “attributes†that have been referenced by the residents in their desire to have a park constructed within The Community of Musselman’s Lake. Staff will embark upon the next phase of the workplan, being the design of the park in consultation with the Community in 2011.
