Police say a woman in her 5os was approached by a man April 9 around 11:30 a.m. He bent down to pet her dog. As he stood Up, police say he exposed himself and was perform- ing an indecent act on himself. According to police, the woman struck the man with her cane sev- eral times, forcing him to fiee in a vehicle. The suspect is described as Spanish or of Middle Eastern decent, 20 years old, approximately 5-foot-8, with a siender build and short black hair cut straight across his forehead. He had a diamond stud earring in his left ear, and he was wearing a grey sweater or jacket, large pajama or 'balloon-ike pants that were either red/orange or pink. The car is grey and midsized.
