The letter states there is no provision as to a minimum amount of garbage that would cali for the closure of the site. The Ministry points out that the closing of the site depends on waste reaching the final approved contours which apparently lias flot be reached. The new complex includes the Casino,, a small hotel and three small restaurants which will provide an additional $5 million in property taxes along with $7 million in business related taxes.
