This is in several cases, flot just unkind and irresponsible to the animal,'but a definite danger to other people, including small chiîdren. Here in town, 1 have liad to contend with a close-to-raging pit bull that lunged after us as my daugliter and 1 walked our own dog. Lucky for us that time, the animal's owner was right behind.
