The grant will apply to any purzhases made onr/after April 1,, 1990. To qualify under this new section, producers must meet the minimum requirement for handling facilities. This in- cludes a holding pen, work- ing chute and headgate. Under the new section somie offthe eligible materials for construction and repair of fences include posts, wire, staples, tes'tera and energizers, insulators and ground roda. Equipment for watering cattle on pasture in- cludes water line, waterers, (troughs, bowls, nose pumps and hydraulic rams), portable water tanks and float mechanisms.
