OHSWEKEN ART SHOW - Amateur artists and art students from all parts of the Brantford area crowded the Central School at Ohsweken during the weekend to see the third exhibition of paintings by the Six Nations Art Group. The group, which includes both adults and young people, tries to encourage and assist the younger members by supplying oils, boards and other materials. Photo at left shows R.W. Hill of Ohsweken with his painting of Pauline Johnson, painted from a picture used in her book "Flint and Feather". He did the painting especially for the exhibition. Top right shows Patricia Hirst (left) and Margaret Reid, London school teachers, admiring a painting. Lower right are Mrs. J.C. Hill, left, president of the group, and Mrs. Walter Hunter, secretary-treasurer. - (Expositor Photos)
