Country ski clinic slated twohour beginners clinic on crosscountry skiing is scheduled for Tuesday at the Sunnidale Community Centre from to pm The clinic is being sponsored by the Barrie Department of Recreation and is open to any interested skiers The fee for the clinic is $150 The purpose of the clinic is to allow the general public an op portunity to try crosscountry skiing and assess whether they wish to continue in the sport Preregistration is now being taken at the Barrie Recreation Department at city hall People registering in advance will be assured of having equipment for the clinic Various merchants dealing in crosscountry ski equipment will have displays inside the centre and will assist interested people on the dos and donts of crosscountry skiing Members of the Barrie CrossCountry Ski Club will help provide instruc tion and there will be waxing demonstration Tickets will be rattled for draw on pair of skies donated by Canadian Tire Barrie Tickets will be on sale at
