Begin of Israel of trying to div1de the Arab states with peace appeal to the Egyptian people The foreign ministers were expected to reaffirm the right of the Palestine Liberation Organization PLO to represent the Palestinian people at the Geneva peace conference Israels refusal to sit with representatives of the PLO whose charter calls for the eradication of Israel has been major obstacle to
