years my senior and the first man have ever been intimate with He seemed perfectly normal until last night when he slapped me around because struggled to keep him from pinning clo thespins to my breasts and bottom Several times he has tried to tie me to the bed and suggested the Clothespins routine refused on grounds it is not normal He argued that since had never been intimate with another man didnt know what was normal and what was not He explained that such love play is called female bond age and all the women he had made love to before enjoyed it Recently he ripped my clothes off and started knocking me around became frightened packed my bags and left few days later he sued me for divorce His grounds are that refused to be wife to him am afraid of his power and money so hesitate to tell my side of the story He might make me out to be nut and ruin my reputation Please advise me AnnSeeking Justice Dear Just What you describe is not normal love play It is sadistic sick and kinky Dont allow the mans money or prestige to intimidate you Get lawyer tell him the whole story and throw the book at the dingbat Dear Ami Landers have two cats love them great deal When Panda and Ellie die Iplan to bury them in pet cemetery The problem is that when Idie want them rebu ried next to me in people cemetery Can do this or is there some law against itTogether in Heaven Dear Heaven showed your letter to my funeral maven and this is what he said Together In Heaven is apparently very sentimental person The odds are good however that it would be lot easier for her to find pet cemetery that would allow HER to be buried in it than cemetery for humans that would agree to let her cats Panda and Ellie go along with her to the grave The reason for this is that the relatives of other deceased people would take dim view of burying their loved ones next to animals Every cemetery has its own constitution however and Together just might find one that would agree to go along with her wishesxSIL Dear Thanks for the counsel And now another thought occurs to me If Ellie and Panda predecease Together they would have to be embalmed and dug up assuming Together found cemetery that would take all three Who would do the embalmirig If Together should die first Ellie and Panda would have to be put to death in order to be buried with their mistress Would the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals allow such thing think not hope Together will rethink all aspects of this situation before she starts to call up cemeteries and ask them about theirconstitution Erma Bombeck Low suggested for camera nuts As woman who is married to an amateur camera freak respectfully suggest that some kind of legislation be passed requiring permit to carry loaded camera dont mean to overreact but live in fear that some day my husband will point that thing at me forget he has taken off the lens cap and click click Ill end up another statistic at Photomat house in Michigan campground wearing nightgown curlers and rain slicker fishing around in my mouth with my fingers trying to remove fishbone and there are 30 prints floating around somewhere of me on my side in bathing sun that would give up my next unborn childtoget the negatives The other carelessly when lsaid irritably Is that thing loaded Look he said this camera There was the time you snapped Fred at the office Christmas party trying to photocopy Miss Frampton He threatened to rearrange vour nose Then there was the time exposure when you nearly broke your leg trying to get back into the picture and the birthday party where All right so join the camera lobby and try to get them off the market All lm saying is cameras shouldnt be made available to the man on the streetnly professionals who know how to use them The way it stands now any child can walk right into camera store and buy Sunday Aftemoon Special right off the counterno questions asked The next thing you know some innocent person is staring into the eye of an In stamatic Cmon Youre making big deal over nothing dont use the camera all that much just feel kinda important when have camera riding back there in the window of my pickup truck Besides its sorta fun watching peoples reac tions when you point it at them He grabbed the camera and trained it on my hips which look like Im carrying two Upsk mail pouches for the Pony Express Iheard the button re Fooled you The camera isnt loaded One of these days hell push me too far There isnt woman jury in this country that would find me guilty Pollys pointers Odors from synthetic yorn DEAR POLLY have new white sweater that has such terrible odor but hate to throw it away have washed it and used fabric softener but nothing has helped so hope someone can help With suggestionsBLANCHE DEAR BLANCHE You failed to sin what your sweater is made of wool cotton or synthetic threads have never been able to get real solution from those have questioned about the odor in some synthetics My only suggestion would be to put the sweater In an air tight box or drawer with few pieces of charcoal or lot of crumpled newspaper Do be sure neither of these touch the sweater It could be laid between sheets of waxed paper or tissue paper but not wrapped in it If any of the readers have found better cure am sure they will share with usPOLIY DEAR POLLY little baking soda added in the dish water makes dishwashing breele Also baking soda in small amount of water washes dried bugs off the front at the car ELVIE DEAR POLLY My Pointer is lot the reader who wanted to know what she could do with billiard balls Glue them together like you would set them up triangle and all It you like and hang them on the wall as great decoration for game room They could also be glued to bases to make paper weights for pool fans My nieces used to set up plaSllt milk bottles and play duck pins with them save any scraps of yarn that are over stx intties limp tie them together and roll into ball Such balls have coon in very handy for making ponchos scarves slippers pot holders and for tieing boxes The multicolors make the articles go with everything They can also be used to teach the little ones how to knit or crochet and with no worry about wasted yarn have great way to make slippers that even children can do Crochet or knit square that the foot will fit on when plac ed diagonally and then make three granny squares Crochet or sew the granny square to the top corner on both sides of the the big diagonal one Bring the side corners up and attach them to the remaining sides of the granny squares if one stops here they have scuff or the second granny square can be attached to the other sides of the side corners leaving the two remaining sides unattached so that leaves flap on top Attach the third square to the two sides left at the back of the sole and you have slipperRANDI DEAR POLLY When washing unbleached muslin before using it for any project use fabric softener in the rinse water This leaves the muslin with soft feel and it wrinkles less when dryingDOROTHY 44 day he was flipping the camera around how many accidents have had with
