rental fees at the city marina Mon daybecause the proposed in crease was too small Neil Fox public works superintendent said the 17 per cent hike would still leave the rates well short of those charg ed by private marinas He said the increase was one of several needed to reach pari ty with private marinas over period of time leading Ald Gord Mills to argue that rates should be raised to private
