schemes to stop the buckboard but all he does is fall out of trees get flat tened by rolling boulders and become the butt of an endless series ot pranks carried out by his horse whos tWicc as smart as he is The comedy is intended to be slapstick and Dougas tries hard to be comedian But Douglass performance isnt lunriy hes playing cartoon character so silly that his schemes and misadventures soon try the audiences par tience instead of provoking laughter Schwarzenegger whos ma jor claim to fame is the Sll of his biceps fills his blue ALSO AT THE DIVEl polyester cowboy outfit almost as tightly as Annerargret fills her lowcut dresses Schwarzenegger plays his part straight complete with Ger man accent which is just as well because any attempt to be funny would destroy the illusion that he is acting in this film And Aim Margret Who has given indications in prmious films that she can actually act simply strolls through the film bending over to reveal her am ple cleavage at appropriate moments and playing the sexy flirt whose advances towards Schwarzenegger are constantly rejected At the end of the film when Douglas gets his chance to ravish AnnrMargret he settles for kiss and then compasses everything from rock to jazz to Latin music Morrison dislikes labels hes careful to make sure everyone understands that Ravin cant he neatly labelled and packag ed the way most contemporary groups are ver the last year the term fusion has been used to pigeonliolt the group but it tends to alienate percentage of the audience you could hit Were definitely breaking ground he says We carry
