eighthour concert will be the rock group Zon Other performers include The Dodge City Boys David Wilcox Ravin Mirth and radio announcer Ted Woloshyn who will be the master of ceremonies Zon highpowered Toronto rock group released their se cond albumBack Down To Earthin March The group recently played to capacity crowd at Ontario Place and plan to tour the US later in the summer David Wilcox whos making his third appearance at Grass Roots concert is former guitarist for Maria Muldaur and Ian and Sylvias great Speckled Bird whos formed his own band called The Teddy Boys Wilcox plays everything from 19508 boogie music to blues and pop Ravin seven member jazz mck group from Toronto recently won the Home Grown Music competition sponsored by radio station QiOl Ravins is one of the most promising fu sion groups to emerge from the Toronto music scene in last few years Mirtha trio made up of Pat Watson Alison Reynolds and David James Bowenare well known in the Barrie area They performed at Georgian College last December and have released an album Their music is blend of pop country and folk influences The Dodge City Boys are quartet from the Hamilton area whose music
