Stollar want to build restaurant near the city limits but all commercial develop ment has been frozen in Barrie until the downtown project is complete Stollar says he will appeal to the Ontario Supreme Court because he says council has conflict of interest Ossie Rowe city solicitor said Stollar does not have case Ald Dorian Parker was the only member of council that supported the Stollar the downtown improvement project will pro ceed if recommendation from planning board is accepted by Barrie council About 80 residents attended the boards public meeting Tuesday at which complaints about the project were heard ublic meeting Afterp owntown rezoning recommen At the session however the complaints were coupled with residents who spoke in favor of the scheme Virginia CresswellJones
