Facelift and new name for Jade East Restaurant The Jade East Restaurant on Highway 26 north of Barrie is getting new name and facelift Stanley Leung who owns the Chung King restaurant and hardware store in Toronto bought the Jade East two weeks ago The restaurant is now being renovated and will open about July 15 with new name Country Kitchen Renovations include new in terior carpeting new sign and new exterior Leung said he plans to build motel on the twoacre site complete with swimming pool and disco Completion of the motel will allow Leung to get liquor license for the restaurant Daniel Choi manager of the new restaurant said the menu will feature Peking and Szechuan style cooking mak ing it unique in the Barrie The menu will be large one he said and specialities like Peklt ing duck
