said Jim Bradley as he presented his auditors report Wednesday Grant Andrade deputy reeve said the townships finances seemed fantastic in 1978 compared with 1977 Andrade was referring to the almost $200000 difference in money available for future municipal purposes in 1978 compared with 1977 The township had $292516 at the end of 1977 At the end of 1978 it had $482736 Bradley of Reid and Bradley Richmond Hill said however much of the 1978 money was already earmark ed for projects Its not quite so rosy he said The rosiest picture is the jump from deficits in 1977 to surpluses in 1978 he said
