ex treme cases death are preced ed by 10 cases of minor ac cidents or first aid cases and 30 cases of damage to property But these accidents usually give plenty of warning in the form of incidents about 600 ac cording to statistics Orr said This means you have as many as 600 chances to stop compenation case he said Orr said supervisors must keep records of all accidents no matter how small to
