Dec 18 The officer was posing as drug buyer at the time In his sentencing Judge Clare recom mended treatment for Mete an admitted heroin addict since age 15 and that Stonehenge Drug Rehabilitation Centre in Guelph be considered for use in an advisory capacity Little can be said on your behalf at 32 years of age Judge Clare told Mete referr ing to his lengthy criminal record which in cludes six
