regulate the use of land and the erection use bulk height location and spacing of buildings and structures In the City of Barrie WHEREAS the Planning Board has recommended to the Council that unpaved open storage areas offstreet parking areas and loading and manoeuvering areas be permitted AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the City of Barrie deem it expedient to amend Bylaw 6933 to provide therefore NOW THEREFORE The Council of The Corporation of the City of Barrie enacts as follows Section 126d of Bylaw 6933 be and is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor 126d Surface Treatment Except in any industrial zone any permitted open storage area for vehicular access thereto involving the public storage parking or display of motor vehicles for the purpose of sale lease rental washing service or repair or any primary means of vehicular access to any permitted open storage area shall be constructed and maintained with stable surface which shall have in portland cement or asphaltic binder In any industrial zone open storage areas may be constructed with stable surface of crushed stone slag gravel crushed brick or tile Cinders asphalt concrete or portland cement binder which have been treated so as to prevent the raising of dust or loose particles but all vehicular access thereto including any primary means of vehicular access connecting these areas with street shall be paved with an asphaltic or concrete surface and in all cases provision shall be made for adequate drainage facilities Section I27 of Bylaw 6933 be and it is hereby repealed and the following substituted 27 Surface Treatment Except in industrial zones all offstreet parking spaces driveways and aisles required herein or intended to ac commodate the parking of more than two vehicles or any Automotive Parking Station shall be constructed and maintained with stable surface which shall have portland cement or asphaltic binder In any industrial zone offstreet parking spaces may be constructed with stable surface of crushed stone slag gravel crushed brick or tile Cinders asphalt concrete or portland cement binder which have been dated so as to prevent the raising of dust or loose particles but all vehicular access thereto including any primary means of vehicular access connecting these areas with street shall be paved with an asphaltic or concrete surface and in all cases provision shall be made for adequate droinogefacilities Section 128 of Bylaw 6933 be and it is hereby repealed and the following substituted 128 Surface Treatment Except in industrial zones all loading spaces driveways and manoeuvering areas required herein shall be constructed and maintained with stable surface which shall have portland cement or asphaltic binder In industrial zones loading
