station on cable television systems but awaited an indication from the licensee that the stations programming was fully operational The Commission reiterates the view expressed in previous public announcements that as Canadian station it has the some cable carriage priority status as other Toronto television stations in accordance with Section of the Cable Television Regulations However cable television licensees can apply to the Commission for exemption from this carriage requirement Such applications will be considered on case by case basis Interested parties in this matter are reminded
