economic forecast WASHINGTON CP The International Monetary Fund said Sunday that economic problems in industrialized countries including Canada will get worse before they get better and that there is little the governments of those countries can do about it It said the industrial powers have already miscalculated the degree of economic slowdown in the world this year partly because of recession in of early suc cess but rather points to the need for pursuit of manysided strategy of policy in medium term framework it said in its annual report The report will serve as basis for discussion at the
