efforts by Unionville construction company to clean up the site of an oil spill near here Tom McDonough told The Examiner today be inspected the site Friday and Saturday but found Temar Construction Ltd workers had not fully complied with ministry requests to remove oilsoaked soil and prevent further spills Ministry officials were alerted to the spill Thursday when an Angus man noticed an oil stick on the Pine River Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authori ty technicians and ministry staff inspected the area and discovered the source of oil was dieselpowered water pump used to de water sewer line construction zones AIALS BLAMED McDonough said workers reported an earlier spill in September He said workers blamed vandals in both incidents After visiting the site Thursday McDonough
